Job Description
DEFINED CONTRIBUTION PLAN ADMINISTRATOR (REMOTE)
Join a team of dedicated plan administrators by managing your own caseload of Defined Contribution plans.
- Perform allocations, reconcilations and plan terminations
- 5500 form filing
- Non-discrimination testing (ADP, ACP, Top Heavy, 415L, etc.)
- Review/interpret Plan Document, amendments, notices and SPD's
- Analysis of Census
- Loan calculations

Job Requirements
DEFINED CONTRIBUTION PLAN ADMINISTRATOR (REMOTE)
- 3+ years A to Z DC administration experience
- Strong ERISA / Compliance experience
- ASPPA designation(s) ideal (QKA, QPA, etc.) or a strong desire to obtain
- Multiple Employer Plan (MEP) experience helpful (not required)
- Ability to meet and/or exceed goals (financial incentives available for achieving goals)
- Excellent organization skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written) to deal with Plan Sponsors
- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel
- Retirement Plan recordkeeping software experience (FT William helpful, not required)
- Dynamic & collaborative team player, open to suggestions, ability to learn quickly
- Great attitude with a passion for the Retirement Services industry
