What You'll Do
As a Recruiter, with the support and guidance of a Recruiting Manager, you will build and manage a full-cycle recruiting desk while partnering with companies to help them find top talent.
In this role, the Recruiter will:
- Source, recruit, and interview professionals for permanent career opportunities.
- Build relationships with candidates and guide them through the hiring process.
- Present qualified candidates to existing clients.
- Develop new client relationships and grow your own book of business.
- Manage client accounts and provide exceptional customer service.
- Stay informed on hiring trends and industry developments.

Recruiting Operations & Employee Experience Manager
Leveraging my extensive hands-on recruiting desk experience at the organizational level. In this role, I serve as a strategic and operational resource to executive leadership, supporting recruiting operations, employee experience, and organizational growth. My focus is on hiring new talent for CPS, Inc., supporting our high-performing managers and recruiters, and creating consistency across recruiting, onboarding, training, and internal operations.
I’m passionate about creating the structure and resources that allow recruiting teams to work more effectively, managers to lead with confidence, and employees to have a strong experience from onboarding through long-term growth.
