Controller(Construction)

This professional should have experience with:

  • Preparing monthly and annual Financial Statements 
  • Main contact for reporting out financial for the facility to leadership  
  • Manage a staff of finance/accounting professionals
  • Evaluate where facility needs improvements from a financial prospective
  • Work on Ad-Hoc Projects as needed

Job Requirements

Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting
  • 10+ years in Finance & Accounting
  • 5+ years in Construction
  • Multiple years of experience in Project Accounting
  • Experience closing the books for multiple entities 
  • 3+ years in Controller role
