Position Overview: We are seeking a Multi-site HR Manager with extensive experience in manufacturing environments to oversee HR operations across multiple locations both union and non-union. This role will be pivotal in driving HR initiatives, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, fostering employee relations, and supporting organizational goals at each site.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of the company.
- Serve as a strategic partner to site leadership teams, providing guidance on HR matters including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee development.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations across all sites.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations and recommending appropriate actions.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive and equitable practices across sites.
- Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with corporate HR teams to standardize policies, procedures, and best practices across all locations.
- Partner with site managers to address training and development needs, facilitating programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture across multiple manufacturing environments.
- Point of contact and Chief Negotiator for Collective Bargaining.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years as an HR Manager/HRBP experience in a manufacturing environment with oversight of multiple union sites.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices applicable to manufacturing operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change, manage complex HR projects, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Expertise in collective bargaining agreements and union environments.
- SHRM certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) preferred.
