Regional Sales Manager
The Regional Sales Manager will have the following responsibilities:
- This person will be responsible for driving new customer growth, deepening existing partnerships, and leading projects from concept through commercialization
- You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and report directly to the Senior VP of Sales & Marketing
- Develop and grow business across the Midwest region
- Identify, pursue, and convert new customer opportunities (including cold outreach)
- Deepen partnerships with current customers to expand sales
- Manage customer-specific projects from ideation to commercialization
- Work closely with R&D, Quality, Client Services, and Marketing to exceed customer expectations
- Represent company at regional and national trade shows
Salary
$100,000 - $140,000

What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of food-industry sales experience with existing industry contacts
- Proven track record of driving growth and managing accounts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong initiative, self-motivation, and ability to work independently
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate clearly
- Willingness to travel 50%+
