Job Description
Our client is a national manufacturer and distributor of specialty chemical products. They are in search of a Regulatory Specialist to uphold compliance programs and regulations throughout the company.
Regulatory Specialist/Engineering/Chemicals/EHS/Product Stewardship Regulatory
As a Regulatory Specialist job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Maintain and continuously update regulations, plan compliance strategies
- Ensure compliance with specialized agencies including DHS, DOT, Hazmat, etc.
- Lead hazard analysis for new products and chemicals
- Ensure pesticide compliance, registrations, and documentation

Job Requirements
As a Regulatory Manager job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- BS in Chemical Engineering. Chemistry, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a compliance-focused role
- Experience managing SDS documentation
- Knowledge of emergency response procedures
