Regulatory Specialist

Provides Regulatory support and expertise both internally and within company and externally with their clients to support the overall business strategy of the organization.  Creates and interprets FDA and USDA labeling.  Regularly communicates verbally and electronically with R&D, Sales and Clients to support defense and growth of the business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science or related field from a 4-year institution
  • 3-5 years’ Food Regulatory experience
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Applications
  • Strong working knowledge of FDA regulations and good basic knowledge of USDA regulations pertaining to raw materials, including applications and labeling
