Reliability Engineer Job Summary

As the Reliability Engineer you will be responsible for:

  • Evaluating equipment failures and developing solutions
  • Proposing design modifications on equipment to improve reliability
  • Supporting the Predictive Maintenance Program
  • Assisting in developing the maintenance training program
  • Identifying and executing Reliability Improvement Projects as necessary



Requirements: Reliability Engineer Job Qualifications

We are looking for a Reliability Engineer with strong manufacturing experience.


Specific requirements for the Reliability Engineer include:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • At least 3 years of reliability engineering experience
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Strong knowledge of preventing and predictive maintenance technologies
  • Experience with Best Practice Maintenance Work Processes
  • Understanding of Six Sigma methodology
  • CMMS
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills, and interpersonal skills
