Responsibilities for the Reliability I&E Manager include: 

  • Leading the I&E Reliability team 
  • Developing and managing Reliability programs  
  • Reviewing capital project packages and equipment specs  
  • Assisting in development of annual budget 
  • Reviewing I&E equipment repair plans 

 

Job Requirements

Requirements for the Reliability I&E Manager include: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred 
  • At least 7 years of I&E Engineering experience 
  • Experience with Electrical, Instrument, Analyzer, and Control System equipment 
  • Understanding of root cause analysis methodologies 
  • Familiar with PSM principles and industry standards 
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
