Requirements: Reliability Manager Job Qualifications

We are looking for a Reliability Manager with experience in a petrochemical or refinery environment.

Specific requirements for the Reliability Manager include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • 10 years of reliability or maintenance experience in a petrochemical or refining facility
  • At least 5 years of reliability or maintenance supervisory experience
  • Proven understanding of plant operations and equipment
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong motivational and mentoring skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills, and interpersonal skills
