The Reliability Manager will report in to the Senior Vice President. Responsibilities include:  Manage and develop a team of Engineers leading robust reliability processes & systems and provide leadership for the risk and reliability program, planned/preventative maintenance program, and root cause failure analysis/plant troubleshooting for the Plant. Lead the commitment of improved plant uptime and sustained reliability. Strategic mapping of critical reliability processes and building a structure of ownership of these critical reliability processes

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in a heavy industry environment.

  • Experience successfully  eading reliability teams.

  • Strong understanding of RBM and RCM strategy development.

  • Experience with RCFA, rotating and fixed equipment preferred.

  • Experienced in risk identification, analysis, and mitigation strategies.

  • Proven experience reducing failure rates and increasing uptime.
