RETIREMENT PLAN ADVISOR

$90,000 - $150,000

Experience: 3+ years in Retirement Services industry (specifically with Institutional Retirement Plans)

Licensing: FINRA Series 6, 7, 65, or 66 preferred

Professional Designations: AIF, AIFA, CFP, CHRC, CPFA, QPFC, or equivalent

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Institutional Retirement Plan Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Retirement Services industry, with a focus on selling consulting and fiduciary services, as well as expertise in plan governance.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell consulting and fiduciary services in the retirement space
  • Provide expert advice on plan governance
  • Engage in direct (B2B) sales with Retirement Advisors, RIAs, Wirehouses, etc.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and objectives
  • Build a book of business through networking, collaboration with other business units to follow up on warm leads and driving in new business

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Institutional Retirement Plan sales experience, ideally out of an Advisory firm
  • FINRA Series 6, 7, 65, or 66 licensing preferred
  • Professional designations such as AIF, AIFA, CFP, CHRC, CPFA, QPFC, or equivalent
  • Proven track record in B2B sales within the retirement space
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Desire to win!
