Manage relationships and service delivery for small 401k plan sponsors. Phone and email contact with sponsors to help them understand plan administration Collect census data. The ability to resolve client concerns and end a call with a happy plan sponsor is most the important criteria for success in this position. You'll need to understand the basics of how a plan works, plan documents, and administration. But you won't be writing the document; you won't be conducting the non discrimination testing; and you won't be preparing the 5500.

--2+ years 401k plan administration experience or 2+ years client service experience via phone and email at the plan level

--ASPPA credentials are not required but they are a plus and ongoing industry education is encouraged and supported

--FINRA licensing is not required and will not be supported
