Compensation: $60,000
Location: Birmingham, AL
Requirements:
- Solid retirement plan knowledge
- Ideally SIE and/or FINRA Series 65
- 2+ years Financial Service experience
- Be available to work in the office in a hybrid capacity (3days in / 2days from home)
Job Description:
A local benefits organization is looking to grow their retirement plan area by adding a driven, energetic and client focused professional to their team. This person should have excellent communication skills and be able to convey complexities of investments and retirement planning to c-suite individuals, plan sponsors and participants. This person will be responsible for client interaction both over the phone, through video conferencing and even in person from time to time. The work with the participants will be focused on hardship withdrawals, allocation of funds and enrollment or termination questions. This individual will also be working directly with retirement plan carriers, advisors and other essential personnel to make sure all is in order with the client retirement plan so as to continue to retain the business.
