Job Description
Retirement Plan Financial Advisor (Hybrid)
Location: Walnut Creek
Compensation: $90k - $110K
In this role you would be responsible for working with retirement plan clients and their participants in order to personalize their financial planning and manage their investments. You will also be responsible for handling enrollment meetings into the plan and continued retirement plan education.
Responsibilities:
- Work with clients on a one-on-one basis to develop and create their financial plan for retirement
- Conduct participant enrollment meetings to educate employees as to how and why to invest in their 401k
- Construct Portfolios based on the client and their needs utilizing various investment methods
- Maintain and retain retirement plan client business through communication
Job Requirements
- FINRA Series 7, 63 or 65 ideal
- CFP designation a big plus
- Ability to present on a one-on-one basis as well as in a team setting
- Ability to commute into the office on occasion or as needed
