Job Description:
  • Manage the full onboarding process for both takeover and start-up retirement plans from initial case review through final implementation
  • Coordinate plan conversions and new plan installations while ensuring accurate and timely completion of all onboarding tasks
  • Gather, review, scrub, and upload census, payroll, and plan data for successful implementation
  • Analyze prior recordkeeper and TPA information to ensure accurate plan setup and transition
  • Consult with plan sponsors, advisors, and internal teams to establish onboarding expectations, timelines, and deliverables
  • Develop and manage implementation timelines to keep all parties informed and projects on track
  • Conduct kickoff and status meetings with plan sponsors and service providers throughout the onboarding process
  • Review plan provisions and setup details to ensure compliance and operational accuracy
  • Coordinate with recordkeepers, payroll providers, investment platforms, and internal departments during implementation
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies, operational issues, and conversion challenges proactively
  • Ensure all required documentation, plan setup forms, and onboarding materials are completed
