Retirement Plans Operations Manager for Client Services

This is a high visibility opportunity, working directly with firm leadership. Support the administration of company sponsored retirement plans and manage relationships with plan sponsors, financial advisors, and TPAs. This position combines administrative responsibilities with customer service skills, while working in a team environment. Will maintain advisors' calendars and schedule appointments; will coordinate with advisors to coordinate paperwork with TPAs for employer sponsored retirement plans; coordinate the receipt of executed documents and amendments, follow up on missing signatures, and ensure client follow ups are communicated and completed; coordinate year-end reporting with TPA; provide superior customer service including problem solving and timely response to questions and requests; scan and maintain digital files. This position does not require FINRA licensing. The employee could have the opportunity to obtain FINRA 6 and 63 licensing in the future but will not be required to do so.






--Strong organizational skills

--Experience building relationships with TPAs and plan sponsors via phone and email

--Experience helping Retirement Plan financial advisors to deliver exceptional service for their clients

--Experience managing service delivery for employer sponsored retirement plans
