We are seeking a Safety Manager to join a dynamic chemical operations team. This role focuses on ensuring a safe work environment, supporting compliance, and driving continuous improvement in safety practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and audits
- Support regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other applicable standards
- Collaborate with operations teams to promote a strong safety culture
- Provide safety training and guidance for employees and contractors
Salary
$110,000 - $130,000

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in chemical safety
- Strong knowledge of process safety, OSHA regulations, and risk management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
