As a Safety Specialist job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Ensure the plant is compliant with all government and company safety and health regulations, policies, and procedures
- Plan, direct, and oversee safety and health programs for an accident-free workplace
- Create and provide safety training and initiatives
- Manage accident/incident investigations and provide corrective measures

Job Requirements
As a Safety Specialist job requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Bachelors Degree
- 3+ years of industrial safety experience in a manufacturing facility
- Previous experience and knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Knowledge of regulatory standards
