Job Description

  • This person will be tasked with generating revenue for the company through sales
  • Travel to client companies with sales reps to build and maintain relationships
  • Manage a team of sales reps and help them develop their territories
  • Work with the management team on setting pricing and communicating customers’ needs
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Salary

$120,000 - $170,000

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in business, chemistry, or related
  • Minimum 10+ years’ sales experience in the coatings industry, 5+ years in powder coatings sales.
  • People management experience.
  • Leadership skills – this position will manage sales reps.
  • This person must have a “boots on the ground” mentality. They are not looking for someone who manages from behind a desk.  Must be willing to travel with sales reps and be active with customers.
  • Good team player with strong communication skills, both verbal and written are required.
  • Go-getter personality – looking to bring in someone that can help develop new accounts and drive revenue growth.
