Job Description

Seeking a Senior Automation Engineer for an exciting opportunity in San Francisco, CA. This engineer will play a crucial role within the development team.  

Responsibilities for the Senior Automation Engineer include: 

  • Developing and implementing automation software solutions 
  • Designing HMIs tailored for frontline operators 
  • Creating python script to streamline control software 

Job Requirements

Requirements for the Senior Automation Engineer include: 

  • At least 4 years of PLC programming  
  • Proven experience designing and building HMI user interfaces 
  • Understanding of Modbus, E/IP, RS485 and OPC-UA 
  • Strong programming skills in Python, C++, C, Structured Text, Instruction List, and Function Block Diagram 
  • Experience with electrical design and schematics a bonus 
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to work in fact-paced environment
