Job Description
Our client is a producer of several chemicals used in the production of fertilizers. They are starting up a new production facility and need a senior-level chemical engineer to be on the front-lines of production. This engineer will be in a leadership position while working closely with the operations staff. This will also offer a path to management.
Salary Range: $130k/year - $140k/year + 13% bonus

Job Requirements
As a Senior Chemical Production Engineer, job responsibilities consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- Provide day to day troubleshooting
- Identify areas of improvement resulting in reduced waste and increased production
- Identify and implement cost saving
- Optimize the operation of equipment
- Provide leadership to operations
- Ensure OSHA compliance and manage PSM

Additional Information
As a Senior Chemical Productin Engineer job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- BS in Chemical Engineering
- 7+, ideally 10+ years of chemical manufacturing experience
- Experience in a PSM regulated facility
- Hydrofluoric acid and/or hyrdrogen fluoride experience is a strong plus
