Job Description
My client, a leading food and beverage ingredient company, is seeking a Senior Cost Accountant for their plant in the Dothan, AL area.
Position Summary
Reporting to the Controller, the Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing and coordinating certain aspects of monthly closing and related reporting and operational reporting for the plant. The candidate will be charged with challenging the status quo, improving processes, providing accurate and timely information. Additional job description details available upon application.

Job Requirements
Position Requirements:
• Degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
· Four (4) years of finance experience is required.
· Experience with SAP, Tableau, and other integrated reporting solutions is preferred.
· Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are required.
· Advanced Excel Skills
· Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a plus.
· Excellent teamwork, relationship building, and coordinative skills are required. Must be able to work with diverse team across geographies.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks accurately and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is required.
