SENIOR COST ACCOUNTANT

NEAR OAKWOOD MANOR, FL

IN OFFICE

5-10 YEARS EXPERIENCE (4-5 YEARS IN COST ACCOUNTING)

  • Cost Accounting
    • Cost audits
    • Preparing and analyzing cost reports
  • Assist with recording and calculating unit cost
    • Products - raw material/inventory/labor/overhead
    • Services
  • New product analysis
  • Product line profitability
    • Reports for products
    • Reports for programs
  • Reconciliations of complex transactions
    • Convert R&D data to production and product specifications
    • Convert purchase unit to manufacturing unit
  • Cycle count program
    • Finished goods vs raw material
  • Develop weekly manufacturing variance reporting
  • Travel to all the plants when needed

Job Requirements

Resume must show:

  • Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
  • MBA - Preferred
  • 5-10 years experience 
    • Must have 4-5 years in cost accounting
  • Coming from Manufacturing
