Senior Process Ethanol Engineer/Chemical Engineer/Mechanical Engineer/Chemicals/Engineer/Milling/Plant/Ethanol/Process Engineer/Senior Process Engineer/Alcohol Manufacturing 

Our client is a producer of milling products used in many different industries. They currently seek a Senior Ethanol Engineer for their facility just outside of Madison, WI. 

As a Project Engineer job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Ensure compliance of all safety procedures and regulations 
  • Responsible for engineering processes including troubleshooting 
  • Continuously assist in various process improvement projects in regards to Ethanol Plant 
  • Assist in Capital Projects as needed 
  • Create and lead PIDs and PFD
  • Prepare and maintain long-term process strategies
  • Provide Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing methods

Job Requirements

As a Senior Ethanol Process Engineer job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

  • BS in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience minimum as a process/production engineer in a chemical or alcohol manufacturing environment 
  • Must have experience in day-to-day plant operations, R&D, and project management
  • Experience with lean manufacturing methodologies
