Job Requirements
Requirements for the Senior Maintenance Manager include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- At least 10 years of related experience
- Strong project management experience
- Proven understanding of predictive maintenance, reliability, and TPM methodologies
- Demonstrated leadership and team building experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Prior experience in food manufacturing preferred
