Our client is a global company that develops and manufactures specialty additives. They are in search of an Operations Supervisor to manage the production activities at their Pasadena facility. This facility offers a 9/80 work schedule and positive work culture.
As the Senior Operations Supervisor job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Day to day operations support and troubleshooting
- Supervise reports in assigned unit area
- Lead continuous improvements initiatives in assigned area
- Develop and monitor goals and objectives of unit area
- Adhere to all site safety rules, regulations, and procedures
Salary Range: $120,000 - $130,000

Job Requirements
As the Senior Operations Supervisor requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- BS in Chemical Engineering or another relevant Engineering degree
- 10+ years of experience in a process/production engineering role out of chemical manufacturing
- 5 years of previous supervisory experience
- Must have experience with day-to-day troubleshooting and identifying improvements
- Previous PSM (Process Safety Management) is a must
