Our client is currently looking for a hands-on Senior Process Engineer for their facility in New Hampshire that can be commutable from Boston, MA.

As the Senior Process Engineer responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Provide day-to-day operation support and troubleshooting
  • Identify areas of improvement and process and product optimization
  • Adhere to all site EHS standards and practices
  • Ensure customer satisfaction from creation through production
  • Manage documentation for production processes and materials

Salary Range: $105,000/year - $125,000/year

Job Requirements

As the Senior Process Engineer requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • BS Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience working as a Process and/or Continuous Improvement Engineer in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience identifying areas of improvement
  • Previous rubber molding experience such silicone, SBR, Nitrile, Fluorocarbon, HNBR, and others
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
