As the Senior R&D Process Engineer job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Lead new product scale-up
• Provide engineering support to research and development team
• Responsible for process and product development and improvements  
• Prepare reports, standards, specs, etc. for R&D efforts
• Adhere to all site health and safety guidelines and regulations

Salary Range: $140,000/year - $150,000/year + 15% bonus

As the Senior R&D Process Engineer job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

• BS in Chemical Engineering. Mechanical Engineering, or Engineering; advanced degree is preferred but not required
• 3+ years of experience working as a Process Development Engineer in a manufacturing facility
• Strong cross-functional experience interfacing with other departments
• Must have previous experience in scaling-up process from lab to manufacturing
