Senior R&D Process Engineer/R&D/Research and Development Engineer/Mechanical Engineer/Chemical Engineer/Scale-up/Engineering/Chemicals/Process Engineer/PSM/Chemical Manufacturing/Chemicals/Engineer/R&D Engineer/ChemE
As the Senior R&D Process Engineer job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Lead new product scale-up
- Provide engineering support to research and development team
- Responsible for process and product development and improvements
- Prepare reports, standards, specs, etc. for R&D efforts
- Adhere to all site health and safety guidelines and regulations
Salary Range: $140,000/year - $150,000/year + 15% bonus

Job Requirements
As the Senior R&D Process Engineer job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- BS in Chemical Engineering. Mechanical Engineering, or Engineering; advanced degree is preferred but not required
- 3+ years of experience working as a Process Development Engineer in a manufacturing facility
- Strong cross-functional experience interfacing with other departments
- Must have previous experience in scaling-up process from lab to manufacturing
