Senior Reliability Engineer
Job Description
This is a fast-track leadership position. Must have the desire to be groomed for a management role. The Senior Reliability will be responsible for all Divisional, Plant, and Departmental goals focusing on asset reliability and downtime reduction. This position will monitor progress towards equipment availability goals and make certain that capital projects and maintenance resources are being utilized to maximize plant uptime. Must be able to structure an engineering approach based on the core belief that eliminating equipment failures depends upon the capabilities and contributions of all technicians and operators in the organization. Incumbent works collectively with Plant Leadership to actualize the facility vision and ensure overall equipment effectiveness objectives are met.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required-Engineering strongly preferred
Manufacturing experience is required
Proven experience with root cause analysis, preventive maintenance, down time elimination, TPM or other process systems
Ability to hold people accountable to deliver positive results
