Responsibilities for the Senior Site Controls & Instrumentation Engineer include:

  • Acting as site expert on low voltage electrical and instrumentation issues
  • Identifying and implementing opportunities for new applications and upgrades
  • Producing detailed design packages for electrical and instrumentation installations
  • Developing and managing the control systems of the site

Job Requirements

Requirements for the Senior Site & Controls Instrumentation Engineer include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Electrical or Controls Engineering preferred
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience within a chemical or heavy industrial environment
  • Strong understanding of directives, standards, and codes
  • Proven experience with control systems including Rockwell, Allen Bradley, and SCADA
  • Strong communication skills
