Responsibilities:

As a Senior Supply Chain Leader, you will be entrusted with the following key responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development and Implementation:
1. Drive, develop, and implement strategic initiatives to optimize supply chain processes.
2. Demonstrate a keen focus on cost efficiency throughout the supply chain operations.
2. Continuous Improvement:
1. Proactively identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall supply chain performance.
3. End-to-End Supply Chain Management:
1. Oversee and manage the entire supply chain process from sourcing raw materials to the delivery of finished products.
2. Ensure seamless coordination and collaboration across various supply chain functions.

Keys to Hire:

1. Experience:
1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management.
2. At least 5 years of demonstrated leadership skills in a similar capacity.
2. Industry Focus:
1. Proven experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing setting.

1. In-depth understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes within the manufacturing sector.
4. Education:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
