  • Responsible for managing a growing team of 12+ local and remote client service professionals.
  • Hiring, training, coaching, performance appraisals, career development, sales support, service, process improvements.
  • Responsible for the team's client retention.
  • Project management and prioritization of team's service objectives.
  • Collaborate with management and sales staff to meet/exceed goals.
  • Travel REQUIRED - busy times will require up to 60% domestic travel to remote sites.




    • 10+ years experience working in Finance/Wealth Management w/2+ years of strong leadership experience.
    • Expert working knowledge of wealth business.
    • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
    • High code of ethics and standards of professionalism
    • Flexible with changes in priorities, ability to easily manage a fluid environment and handle the pressure of short deadlines.
