Software Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced software support specialist who can join our growing team.  In  this role you will work directly with customers to coordinate various application and server related tasks, ensuring that performance of these tasks is well documented.    You should be comfortable speaking with our customers, working with both technical and non-technical users, and have a thirst in enhancing your own skill set. In this role, you can expect to play an integral role in application updates, help desk duties, troubleshooting, and application performance analysis. 




Job Requirements

Successful candidates will possess several of the following: 

  • A background in tech support
  • Software Updates
  • Identifying server or network issues
  • Basic SQL 
  • Customer Service mentality
  • You know your way around the back end of a web app
  • Comfortable with periodic scheduled after hours support (not on call).
