Sourcing Manager, Electrical
Job Description
Global organization is seeking Sourcing Manager with experience in supply chain, strategic sourcing, or supplier management.
This role will be high-impact — it owns buying strategy for key electrical/electro-mechanical categories, drives supplier partnerships, leads contract negotiations. It’s a mix of strategy, technology introduction, supplier performance management, and long-term agreement ownership. The team is big on innovation, cost-out programs, and supplier engagement that actually moves the needle.
Target Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000/year.
Skills and Experience desired:
• Complex contract negotiation and supplier agreement management
• Sourcing for motors, PCBA, wire/cable assemblies, controls, or similar electrical commodities
• Delivering year-over-year cost savings + supplier-led innovation
• Engineering degree is a plus, but not required
Office hours: 7am - 5pm, not a hybrid position.
