Job Description

My client, a Consumer Packaged Goods manufacturing company in the Warrensville, OH area recruiting for a Sr. Buyer to join their dynamic team.

Sr. Buyer – Reporting to a Sr. Manager of Supply Chain, this position will focus on sourcing and negotiating raw materials such as sugar, flour, wheat, sweeteners, and finished ingredients.

  • Analyze and procure materials through SAP
  • Collect and analyze market data and trends
  • Select vendors and negotiate cost
  • Monitor inventory levels
  • Work cross functionally with sales, operations and production

The ideal candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Buyer role
  • Experience working for a CPG
  • SAP experience is a huge plus
  • Strong work ethic

My client is offering a generous compensation package including bonus and relocation assistance.

This is a hybrid schedule. Monday and Friday work from home.
