Job Title: Sr. Buyer
Location: Tupelo, MS
Responsibilities:
- Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and pricing for the company.
- Oversee procurement activities for raw materials, MRO, and services.
- Work cross-functionally to determine inventory needs.
- Oversee buyers and build strong relationships.
Keys to Hire:
- Demonstrated experience in team development.
- Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage and motivate staff.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2-3 years experience within procurement or supply chain.
- Background in manufacturing.
