Summary:
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Procurement, this position will support strategic sourcing through data analytics, market insights, and technology tools to drive procurement decisions and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technology Management:
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports for purchasing and procurement metrics.
• Serve as a super user and expert on systems like Syspro (ERP) and Microsoft tools.
• Support new tech initiatives and centralized collaboration platforms.
• Category Analytics:
• Use data tools to drive sourcing strategy, cost optimization, and performance reporting.
• Market Insights:
• Analyze supplier markets to inform sourcing strategies and leadership decisions.
• Risk Assessment:
• Identify and mitigate sourcing risks; create response playbooks in collaboration with stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• Strong analytics, problem-solving, and data visualization skills
• Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Engineering, or Finance
• High level of proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytic and problem solving skills
• Ability to summarize large amounts of data

Location:

• Base salary range: $70-80k with relocation assistance
