Talent Acquisition Specialist

- Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, determine job needs and responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks.)
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Qualification and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Psychology or other related degree
- 1-3 years in a recruiting role – either in a Staffing agency or Corporate recruiter role
- Detailed oriented and committed to engaging the internal team to provide the best service, experience and outcome for our business planning
- Strong knowledge of MS Office suite and social media skills
- Knowledge of ATS systems
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate, start-up environment
- Excellent Communication skills in both written and verbal forms
