You will be responsible for providing and managing our high-quality tax services to our clients, which are operating in various industries such as, manufacturing, distribution, engineering, retail technology and fashion. Our growth is the result of our highly engaged professionals, our most valuable resource, as such you will also be charged with developing the professional and technical skills of our staff team members. Responsibilities

·        Exceed client expectations, manage due dates and deliverables

·        Contribute to the professional and technical skills development of our staff professionals

·        Prepare and review Federal and state corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns

·        Prepare and review income tax provisions for corporate taxpayers under ASC 470

·        Perform technical tax research on a variety of Federal, state, and international tax topics

·        Prepare clear, concise workpapers and other communications

·        Provide timely training, coaching, and performance feedback to staff associates

Desired Skills & Experience

·        1-2 years of income tax return review experience

·        4-6 years of Federal and state income tax return preparation experience

·        CPA license or similar certification

·        Proficient in excel and word

·        Excellent research, writing and communication skills

·        Process-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·        Solid organizational skills

·        Strong leadership skills and a positive team player attitude

·        BA/BS degree in Accounting or Masters degree in Accounting/Taxation
