As a senior tax manager this individual will be in charge of all the tax functions for this division. This individual will need to be familiar with transfer pricing, international tax, corporate income tax. The three key areas this individual will be focusing on is Tax planning, Income Tax and Tax Compliance. 

Must Have: 

Ability to go into office in Chicagoland area or Iowa City area

+4 years of experience in Public Accounting & +2 years of experience in Industry

Experience in International/Corporate Tax

Exposed to/experience in Transfer Pricing
