Job Description
- Ensure compliance to the oven inspection schedule through self-directed scheduling with the other facility’s oven inspectors as required
- Provide oven field reports with recommended corrective actions
- Provide field inspections of all refractory and oven mechanical components
- Participate in oven related reliability improvement meetings, Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA’s) and projects

Job Requirements
Industrial oven experience or equivalent environment (calciners, glass furnace, refining, etc.).
Previous supervisory experience
Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Monitoring Systems (Maximo) work order, inventory and purchase requisition functions.
Ability to effectively present inspection results and recommended corrective actions
