TRANSACTION ADVISORY SERVICES SENIOR/SUPERVISOR

HOME OFFICE: CHICAGOLAND

CAN BE REMOTE IF OUTSIDE CHICAGO

  • Actively participate in Buy/Sell side transactions
  • Financial due diligence
  • Analyze target data to be able to project trends
  • Mergers and Acquisitions engagements
  • Participate in solutions to risks to transactions 
  • Work with clients and their lawyers and bankers
  • Help in the growth of the staff team
    • Train
    • Supervise
    • Mentor

Job Requirements

Your resume must show:

  • 3-5 yearswithinTAS position currently
    • Financial due diligence
    • Mergers and Acquisitions
    • Buy AND Sell side 
  • Bachelors in Accounting/Finance
