Job Title: Transportation & Fulfillment Sr Manager
Location: Sioux Falls, SD (On-site 5 days per week)
Responsibilities:
As the Sr Manager of Fulfillment and Transportation, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of fulfillment and transportation for multiple DC’S located in the US. Your role involves managing and mentoring team members, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and developing strong vendor relationships. Ensuring compliance with transportation regulations is a key aspect of this role.
Travel Required: 10% domestic travel.
Supervisor Role: Yes.

Job Requirements
The ideal candidate:
- 8-10 years of experience in transportation and logistics with a solid understanding of LTL.
- Strong background in fulfillment and distribution operations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; however, relevant experience will be considered.
