WEALTH MANAGEMENT INTEGRATION MANAGER

  • Work closely with senior leadership teams across the organization and with key stakeholders from acquisitions.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives both before and after acquisitions.
  • Participate in acquisition due diligence to identify integration needs and create integration plans.
  • Communicate and set priorities for related teams.
  • Prepare appropriate documentation to close out integration projects
  • Travel often to acquisition sites (national travel up to 60%).

WEALTH MANAGEMENT INTEGRATION MANAGER

  • 5+ years of financial service experience with knowledge of both investments and operations.
  • Ideal candidate will have FINRA licensing (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire).
  • Highly organized and detail oriented!
  • Previous trading and/or compliance experience ideal.
  • Outgoing personality with strong level of diplomacy. Patient and adaptable.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and project management skills.
  • Collaborative communication and writing skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel nationally (up to 60%), occasionally with little advanced notice.
