WEALTH MANAGEMENT SERVICE CONSULTANT

 

Work directly with clients handling various responsibilities including:

  • Opening new accounts
  • Journal/wire request
  • Re-balance portfolios
  • Communicate model portfolio information
  • Raise cash as needed
  • Prepare investment reviews for clients
  • Manage the client follow up activities

  • Superior oral & written communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to every detail and a commitment to be error-free
  • Strong prioritization skills; able to manage many time-sensitive tasks simultaneously
  • Well organized; enjoys keeping accurate and detailed records
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint as well as the ability to design spreadsheets using formulas, linking cells, and graphing functions
  • High standards of professionalism (dress, manners, conduct, speech)
  • Positive attitude and a team player
  • Self-motivated and able to work well independently AND with others
  • Four year business degree with an emphasis in finance, accounting, or business administration is preferred
