Job Description
A chemical manufacturing company is seeking a self-motivated and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join their team. The position is located near Jackson, Mississippi.
Warehouse Supervisor – Reporting to the Procurement Manager, this position will be responsible for overseeing a team and provide training/motivation to those team members. This person will drive the material control process for the warehouse.
Responsibilities:
- Manage safety and MRO inventory
- Manage materials such as critical spares and chemicals
- Assist with material control and procurement process
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams

Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years’ experience in warehousing and material control
- 2 years of experience leading a team
- ERP/MRP experience
- Strong communication skills, well organized, and adaptable
